I no longer use the term “common sense” as it has been used in the past. “Common sense” is no longer “good sense.” With that in mind, I now use the phrase “good sense” where I would use “common sense” in the past; and use the term “common sense” to refer to the faulty reasoning of people that has become the norm. –jkp3
